Dr. Tang


Nancy Tang, MD, FAAPDr. Tang is a native of the Washington, DC area. She received her undergraduate degree from Johns Hopkins University, attended medical school at the University of Maryland, then completed her pediatric internship and residency at the University of North Carolina. She returned to the Maryland suburbs in 1986 and has been in private practice ever since. After relocating to Loudoun County in 2002, she finally made the leap to join Town Pediatrics in 2008. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and is board certified in pediatrics.

Dr. Tang is a volunteer for the Loudoun Medical Reserve Corps and devotes much of her spare time raising funds for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society in their mission to find a cure for blood cancers. A passionate animal lover, she is also a volunteer for the Loudoun County Animal Shelter and DAR&E, a dog rescue organization dedicated to helping her favorite breed, the Doberman Pinscher.

A fitness enthusiast, Dr. Tang enjoys swimming, biking, and running as she trains for her favorite sport, triathlon. She hopes to motivate and inspire others to choose a healthy lifestyle. She lives in Leesburg with her furry and feathered companions.
