Dr. Rappaport is a native of Northern Virginia. She received a B.S. in Biology in 1982 from the College of William and Mary, a B.S. in Nursing from George Mason University in 1985, and her M.D. from Medical College of Virginia at Virginia Commonwealth University in 1991. She completed pediatric internship and residency at Children’s National Medical Center in Washington, D.C. and was board certified in pediatrics in 1994. She is a Fellow of American Academy of Pediatrics and member of the Medical Society of Virginia and volunteers with Loudoun Medical Reserve Corps.
Dr. Rappaport lives in Ashburn, Virginia, with her husband. She is a proud mother of 2 grown children. She loves spending time with her family and rescue pets.
