We have always loved this practice. They've provided thoughtful, practical care and advice for my little one since birth. They're also very good at getting us in at the last minute whenever an issue comes up. We are thankful to have them! Every staff member from doctor to receptionist is excellent and kind.

I am so glad that we found Town Pediatrics! I can truly not praise every single doctor, nurse, receptionist, and other staff members enough. I never worry about my children when I have this team supporting us through parenthood and raising our beautiful children. Thank you Town Pediatrics!

Been going here for years with multiple kids and it's been great! We are seen same-day for any urgent issues and we trust the advice of all the doctors and nurses.

My two children have been going here since 2016. Great providers and nurses. Never feel rushed and always feel heard. It's usually easy to get in for last-minute sick calls or speak to a doctor after-hours. The paperwork (portal) seems redundant and the front desk could be friendlier, but it isn't a big deal to me.

Generally I am extremely happy with this pediatrician office. Unfortunately I did have one poor experience that I would like the owner to know about. I have three children with the practice, work full time, and have a lot to keep track of. Somehow, I missed a payment on one of my kids. They did not send me a paper bill, nor give me a courtesy phone call before sending me to collections. I even had previously asked the front desk if I had any balances to pay and was told “no”. I learned from talking to the billing agent that the response I got was just regarding kid who was being seen that day, not regarding my other kids. I used to get paper statements and those made it a lot easier to keep track of bills, but I guess they switched to just text messages and with everything on our phones these days, a text and email got lost. I guess I just am surprised that they don’t send a paper statement, letter in the mail, or courtesy phone call before being sent to collections. It really gave me a sour taste in my mouth about the practice. The woman I spoke to was very argumentative and wouldn’t let me finish a sentance when I called. Now I know that I need to ask about balances on each of my kids when at the front desk… but would still appreciate a paper statement or phone call before being sent to collections in the future.
